    I authorize The Carpenter's Touch to share this application, and the information in it, with R Life Auto in connection with my application to the Keys to Credit program.

    I authorize R Life Auto, and the financial institution or institutions to which R Life Auto submits my application, to obtain a consumer credit report about me for that purpose.
